Chinc Ceramic Component Inc. is a whollyowned subsidiary of Shanghai Kessen GroupCorp.Professional design, production and sale of precisionceramics, refractory ceramics, and new inorganic non-metallicmaterials, that is alumina, zirconia, magnesia, silicon nitride and silicon carbide as main raw materials. After a series of synthetic and refining processing to make superfine powder. By means of 1700c ultra-high temperature and high pressure process sintering, the products have high temperature resistance, corrosion, wear, pressure insulation and other outstanding features. They are widely used in electronics, metallurgy, petrochemical, information, mechanical, electrical, autos, aerospace, new energy, military, defense and other industries.

There are 9 senior precision ceramic experts, all with silicate bachelor degree or higher, and more than ten years experience in the field of ceramics. Based on the technical department product solution, use a series of molding process to finish molding steps. In collaboration with thedepartments to analyze the performance parameters of the new products, provide references and recommendations for the feasibility of production.

 Sintered Department

Based on the technology department sintering parameters, use ultra-high temperature kiln to complete blank sintering process. In collaboration with the departments to analyze the performance parameters of the new products, provide references and recommendations for the feasibility of production.

Finishing Department
